Product Availability

Lead time can take up to 21 working days depending on stock availability. Should we have stock available; orders will be dispatched within 21 days provided payment is validated before 15h00.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however circumstances may cause delays. Company representatives will contact you via email or telephonically and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Delivery Policy

Dotshop undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the secure and timeous delivery of all your purchases.

Please check your order, contact and address details carefully before you submit it as changes cannot be made once you have received confirmation of your order.

Delivery Charges

All orders will be delivered during normal trading hours, i.e. between 07h00 and 16h00 on a week day. Please ensure that there is somebody available at your delivery address to receive your order.

Online Customers

A standard fee of [AMOUNT TO BE CHARGED IF APPLICABLE] will be charged when completing your transaction online.
dotshop representatives will contact you via email or telephonically and provide a revised delivery fee if not within a 50km radius of the delivering branch.

Procedure for receiving your order

Proof of identity of the person signing for your merchandise will be required. Valid proof of identity in South Africa is an ID book or driver’s licence. The identity number of the person receiving your merchandise will be noted on the Delivery Note by a dotshop representative handing over your order and you will receive a copy of the signed Delivery Note and Tax Invoice for your records. 

Check your order against the Delivery Note to ensure that everything is correct before signing the Proof of Delivery document. Should any item/s be missing or damaged, this will be noted on the Delivery Note and both you and the dotshop representative will need to sign next to the notation.

Refunds/Returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase, you will be liable for a handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

dotshop endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products. Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable delivery charges.

Credit Card

WeacceptMasterCard and Visa credit cards for online transactions. If you do not have a credit card, please utilise one of the other payment options inside the store. dotshop representatives will contact you via email or telephonically and provide a revised payment option.

Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. Warranty

All products are sold with a 12 month  limited carry in warranty which will not cover, virus or malware attacks. Water or physical damage or power surges.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you are unhappy with the purchase, the device will be assessed first prior to approval of the payback.

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to dotshop and hereby accept the Terms and Conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement, I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by dotshop for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
